How heaps cc's of nouns is contained by 3 foot of IV tube?

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...
This question reminded me of a hospital call on.
My answer is towards the bottom.
The answer above mine got me thinking...
Sorry - but problems beside math in previous interview.
Assuming ID of 3mm and length of 1m (slightly more than 3ft)
Volume of cylinder (approximates tube) = pi*r^2*h
Thus, 3.14 x (1.5mm)^2 x 1000mm = 7065mm^3;
But 1000mm^3 = 1cc
Thus, about 7cc within 3ft tube
Not enough info to answer. What is the diameter of the IV tubing? How much of it linearly have air, and how much have fluid? Why would IV tubing have nouns in it anyway?
drug and health
