How exactly poison kill someboyd?

So I am just wondering, how exactly does poisen kill somebody? Does it attack the neurons? does it stop your heart? does it shut down your brain? thanks.
In the first answer, I have a sneaking suspicion that the poster means "cyanide," not "sinai." Cyanide does not "shut down" the timid system, per se. It blocks the electron transport chain preventing oxidative phosphorylation, and consequently energy production surrounded by all cell. Cells which are heavily energy-dependent, such as neurons and cardiac cells, will not be capable of function, and will die.
depends on what kind of poison. for example the polarity of your blood is drastically fragile. ex. sodium is .9% and H2O is 99.1% a poison can easily through that out of whack. for example distilled wet can poison your blood cells because near will be too much intake of water till they eventually burst. Sinai attacks your concerned system shuts it down within second.
